WBF Ready 2 Race sires on fire

It was an excellent weekend for the sires of some WBF Thoroughbreds colts on the Inglis Ready 2 Race path.

WBF Thoroughbred secured five colts at the 2023 Inglis Classic Sale to form the base of our draft for the Ready 2 Race Sale later in the year.

Our team put in a lot of work at the sales we attend to source these colts for the breeze-ups, so we couldn't be happier with the recent results from some of the stallions we have targeted.

Toronado sired back-to-back The Galaxy winners with Mariamia a feel-good winner at Rosehill at the weekend.

On the same card, Brazen Beau filly Zapateo bounced back to form in the Group 3 Birthday Card Stakes.

Meanwhile a day later, Deep Field continues to shine bright in Hong Kong with Voyage Bubbles claiming the prestigious BMW Hong Kong Derby at Sha Tin.

This follows on from the first Stakes winner for The Autumn Sun recently and we have previously written about the 2023 Dundeel has enjoyed.

The breeze-up sale has become a big part of our business at WBF alongside our Early Education business.

Our five colts that will be part of our draft this year have all been progressing well since they arrived in the NSW Southern Highlands.

The Inglis Ready 2 Race Sale has become an excellent opportunity to showcase our Early Education program, as well as our pre training system as we build the colts to October.
